i think that gaterade even though it says its good for u and that it does have its nutrition on the back i think it is just plain sugar. i mean if u give it to kids it makes them hypo same deal basicaly the same thing with adults but they use the hyponation in a different way....thnk u.......

I'm relieved that there is no caffeine in Gatorade energy drinks. "Energy" has almost become synonymous with Caffeine, wich adds nothing healthful.
