This web site was created to provide a useful tool for the nutrition conscience internet users.
How do we get our information?
When possible, the information comes from the manufacturers web site. Some information comes right from the can or bottle itself. We calculate all information into a 12 oz serving unless stated. For instance, Coca-Cola® and Pepsi® lists their product information based on an 8 oz serving size on their web site. We multiply all of their information by 1.5 to make it fit our 12 oz listings. We choose 12 oz because regardless of the servings per container listed on a can of soda, most people finish the entire can in one serving.
